We partnered with BC Hydro, the title sponsor of Everything Electric Vancouver 2025, to deliver their activation from concept to execution.

The event showcased sustainable electrification with 100+ exhibitors, 40+ EVs for test drives, live sessions, and interactions on fossil-fuel-free living. BC Hydro's focus highlighted Power Smart programs, expert consultations on EV charging and home energy.

Our end-to-end management included:

  • Concept Development: Ideating booth designs, interactions, and content.

  • 3D Visualizations: Creating renders for layouts and exhibits to boost engagement.

  • Project Planning: Overseeing timelines, budgets, and on-site coordination.

  • Vendor Management: Coordinating scenic construction, AV, staffing, and materials.
